How World Spine Care is Helping the Underserved Gain Access to Chiropractic Care

Drs. Jeff Langmaid and Jason Deitch

Founder DCs, The Smart Chiropractor

You know how hard it is to find great spine care in the developed world.

Now imagine the billions of people struggling in lower-income countries.

With little to no access to healthcare, they are left to suffer in what must seem like an unwinnable struggle.

By joining the Helping Hands campaign, you can help World Spine Care provide the critically needed programs and services to those who need them most.

Did you know…
  • More than one billion people in the world today experience spine-related disabilities.
  • The most significant burden of disability worldwide is attributed to neck and back pain combined.
  • Spine pain disproportionately affects women, the elderly, rural communities, and lower-income countries.

What World Spine Care is Doing About It

Over the past ten years, 60+ volunteers have provided over 50,000 patient visits to individuals at the World Spine Care clinics located in communities with otherwise limited access to spine care.

In addition, World Spine Care has provided educational programs for local health professionals.

The Global Spine Care Initiative has continued to do and publish research to help others offer similar services.
